At Young London Today, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do.
We are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and well-governed service that protects young people from harm and promotes their wellbeing at all times.

Our services are Ofsted-registered under the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, and we operate a robust internal quality assurance framework. This includes regular audits, compliance checks, and ongoing oversight from our Nominated Individual, Registered Service Managers, and Corporate Director.

All staff receive comprehensive safeguarding training and reflective supervision to ensure that professional curiosity and safe working practices are embedded across our organisation.

Young people are encouraged to raise concerns or suggestions through house meetings, feedback surveys, and our Young London Today App, which allows them to report a concern, make a complaint, or suggest an improvement directly to management.

We also partner with external agencies and safeguarding boards to ensure our policies and practice remain aligned with national standards and emerging best practice.
